Formula:
Enrofloxacin 5 g
Presentation: 100ml
Action:
Broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria as well as Mycoplasmas.
Indicated for treating respiratory, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal infections, as well as deep skin lesions.
Dosage and Administration:
Canines:
Dosage: 0.5 to 1 mL per 10 kg of body weight.:
Route: Intramuscular injection. Administer every 12 hours. Continue treatment for 2–4 days after clinical signs subside, with a maximum duration of 10 consecutive days. If no improvement is observed within the first 5 days, re-evaluate the diagnosis and consider an alternative therapy.
Cattle, Swine, Sheep, and Goats:
Dosage: 5 to 10 mL per 100 kg of body weight.Route: Subcutaneous injection. Administer every 24 hours.
Duration of treatment: 3 consecutive days. May extend for 2 additional days in animals showing clinical improvement but incomplete recovery. Do not administer more than 20 mL per injection site.
Note: Local injection may cause a transient reaction, potentially resulting in tissue loss in edible areas at slaughter.
