Formula:
Each 100ml contains:
- Tobramycin base 0.300 g
- Dexamethasone base 0.100 g
- Sodium Hyaluronate 0.200 g
- Excipients q.s.p.
Presentation: 5 ml
Action:
Antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and healing agent.
Indicated for the topical treatment of bacterial eye infections causing conditions such as conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, keratitis, and blepharitis.
The addition of Dexamethasone provides potent anti-inflammatory and decongestant properties with excellent penetration and immediate effect.
Meanwhile, Sodium Hyaluronate helps maintain corneal epithelial integrity and promotes wound healing.
Dosage and Administration:
Instill 1 or 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye at 4- to 6-hour intervals during the first 24 to 48 hours. Gradually reduce the frequency of application until the infection resolves, as per the attending veterinarian's instructions.
Contraindications:
Do not use in viral infections of the cornea and conjunctiva, fungal infections, or corneal ulcers. Prolonged treatment may cause superinfection by nonsusceptible microorganisms, including fungi.
